Potomac Hunt Club shoots

Post by kjett » Sat Mar 30, 2013 8:36 pm

Due to an unfortunate turn of events, I have thrown in the towel and no longer will be a part of or have information on the shoot. After much time of trying to build the shoot into a place where the judging is fair and the rules are straight forward, the club wants to change all of this.

I will still be around and will be visiting other shooting houses, just no this one anymore. As I said, it's a sad thing, but who knows what will happen to this shoot now...

I doubt April will happen now. That was part of the reason for me posting. I'm trying to continue to make a shoot for the shooter, they don't want change.

Yes I am. As I posted earlier, I'm trying to make this series event happen and progress the sport, but without the club wanting to see and make changes it won't happen.

Shooters beware what you read on this forum. Potomac will still have meat shoots, and is working on a date for a pro gun shoot as we write this. Leadership has been changed for the better at Potomac, and we hope you all like the improvements that will be made.

I have never said anything bad against the shoot, only that the clubs views and mine have changed. Don't try to come here and insinuate that I have done that. Not a single one of you can deny the fact that I have tried to build that location to promote the sport and the shooter. Also, not a single other member there is willing or has traveled to other shoots to get ideas and input from other shooters to make that location a better place. Good luck in the new direction, but do not drag me down and start trying to trash me here or anywhere!

I think your "facts" are a little off. May want to check them again. ;)
